By bringing together over 200 scientists, technologists, and creatives, these spaces facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, leading to groundbreaking solutions in sustainability and technology. Challenges

Designing a space that encourages deep discussions and creative problem-solving among over 200 scientists, technologists, and creatives.

Creating multi-sensorial, reflective areas that stimulate both mind and senses to increase participant engagement.

Process

Concept Development

  • Developed a central theme of "Fusion of Disciplines" to guide the design of the collaborative space.

  • Integrated storytelling elements and interactive installations to evoke curiosity and engagement.

Space Design

  • Transformed the venue into a vibrant experiential hub using sustainable materials and upcycled decor.

  • Designed cozy corners for intimate discussions, stages for performances, and interactive elements like scavenger hunts to encourage exploration.

Participant Engagement

  • Curated multi-sensorial experiences, including sound baths and reflective areas, to stimulate both mind and senses.

  • Facilitated workshops and gatherings to inspire dialogue and connection among diverse groups.
